Before you sign up and download or use the WP Crowdfunding plugin or any related product(s) for your own purposes, please ensure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below. By using WP Crowdfunding and/or associated products, we assume you accept these terms of use.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Product Delivery

All free downloadable products (if any) are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download once payment is received and verified. We process payments through Paddle, which supports various payment methods including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and other major credit cards. By paying for our products, you agree to the terms and conditions of Paddle’s payment platform.

Your purchase information will be sent to the provided email address. You need to open an account on our website to download any product (free or paid). Occasionally, payments may not be processed successfully, and we may need to review and manually process the order. Delays may range from 1 hour to 24 hours depending on the investigation required after fraud alerts.

Product Compatibility and Updates

WP Crowdfunding and related plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. They support modern web browsers, including (but not limited to) Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Note: We do not offer support for Internet Explorer.

Product updates are available to paid users within the subscription validity period mentioned in the product description. However, you can continue to use installed products even after your support validity expires.

Modifications

You are allowed to modify our products as per your requirements. Before making any modifications, check the product documentation to explore better approaches.

We recommend using a template override method or creating separate plugins (PHP, JS, or CSS snippet plugins) for customizations. Direct modifications to the plugin’s code will void the support license, and the WP Crowdfunding team will not be obligated to provide support for customized installations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

We reserve the right to block your user account if we believe you are violating license terms or misusing our products.

If you create an account on the WP Crowdfunding website, you are responsible for maintaining the account’s security. You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use or security breaches.

Product Licensing and Usage

WP Crowdfunding and its related products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later.

Age Requirements to Use Our Products

By registering for our products, you confirm that you are 13 years or older, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent to enter into this agreement.

Support Policy

Our Support Policy outlines the support you can expect when using WP Crowdfunding products.

  1. Support Language: Support is provided in English. Clear and understandable queries help us assist you effectively.
  2. Support Priority: Paid users receive priority support over free users. Support remains active as long as your subscription is valid.
  3. Support Channels: We provide support via email, our knowledge base, and tutorials. We do not provide support through private messages, Facebook, or Twitter.
  4. Supported WordPress Versions: WP Crowdfunding supports WordPress 6.0 and later.
  5. What Our Support Covers
    • Compatibility issues from fresh installs
    • Product functionality guidance
    • Issues with installation or broken functionality
  6. What Our Support Does Not Cover
    • Hacks or damages caused by third parties
    • Compatibility issues with outdated PHP/MySQL versions or third-party products
    • Errors from custom code changes
    • Definition of Modification Support
    • Minor CSS or JS adjustments may be supported (up to 30 minutes per year). Larger customizations may require hiring a developer.


Anti-Fraud Measures

Free downloads are available after signing in. All purchases undergo anti-fraud checks. Your account may be temporarily suspended during this process, with delays of up to 24 hours.

Price Changes

WP Crowdfunding reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product temporarily or permanently with or without notice.

Refunds

We offer a customer-friendly 30-day refund policy. Refunds are not provided for features not included in the purchased product. Test free versions available on WordPress.org before purchasing.

Warranty

WP Crowdfunding products are provided “as is” without warranty. They are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation on the latest stable WordPress version. Compatibility with third-party plugins and browsers beyond Chrome, Safari, and Firefox is not guaranteed.

Lifetime License

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product and not the buyer’s lifetime. We reserve the right to announce the product’s end-of-life with 30–90 days’ notice.
